SHIPPING POLICY

To ensure that your package is properly delivered and that you receive your package within the time frames we advertise, please make sure that your address is correctly entered and includes all relevant and/or required information. The use of correct abbreviations, street numbers, building or apartment numbers, and route information (if applicable) is critical for ensuring timely delivery. We do not take responsibility for lost, misplaced, or incorrectly delivered shipments if the address information provided is incorrect or incorrectly entered at the time of purchase.
RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

We're bummed if you're not 100% satisfied with the items you received, and we gladly accept the returns within 15 days of receipt for items in new condition. Should there be any dispute on the refund amount for any returns, your refund will be based on the merchandise value on the original purchase invoice. Our customers are responsible for the shipping cost for any returning items.
1. Products must be returned unworn, unwashed, in their original condition, and with all tags attached. Please include the original order packing slip in your return package. Returns cannot be combined with multiple orders.
2. The following item cannot be returned, refunded, or exchanged: Accessories.
